{"id":24,"date":"2024-04-10T02:26:26","date_gmt":"2024-04-10T02:26:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/roseinglass.kinsta.cloud\/?page_id=24"},"modified":"2024-06-06T01:04:53","modified_gmt":"2024-06-06T01:04:53","slug":"restitutie-en-retourbeleid","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/petalwhim.com\/nl\/restitutie-en-retourbeleid\/","title":{"rendered":"Restitutie- en Retourbeleid"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ik wil graag <strong>terugkeren<\/strong> of <strong>ruil*<\/strong> een item dat niet bij me past.<\/h2>\r\n<strong>Stap 1:<\/strong> Als u <strong>terugkeren<\/strong> of <strong>uitwisseling<\/strong> Als je een artikel wilt retourneren (om een andere maat of kleur te krijgen), zorg er dan voor dat je aan de volgende voorwaarden voldoet:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Je hebt 30 dagen na ontvangst van je pakket om het naar ons terug te sturen.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Labels moeten op dezelfde manier aan het item worden bevestigd als het ontvangen is.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Het artikel moet in de originele verpakking zitten.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<strong>Stap 2:<\/strong> Neem contact met ons op via contact@petalwhim.com of rechtstreeks via ons contactformulier.\r\n\r\nZorg ervoor dat de volgende informatie in uw e-mail staat: uw\u00a0<strong>ordernummer<\/strong>, <strong>namen van de geretourneerde items<\/strong>evenals <strong>wat u wilt verkrijgen uit de terugkeer<\/strong> (terugbetaling, tegoedbon of ruilen met een andere maat\/kleur).\r\n\r\n<strong>Stap 3:<\/strong>\u00a0We geven je binnen 48 uur een antwoord met het postadres waar je de goederen naartoe moet sturen.\r\n\r\nWees ge\u00efnformeerd dat\u00a0<strong>retourverzendkosten zijn voor uw rekening<\/strong>.\r\n\r\n<em>Artikelen moeten in hun oorspronkelijke staat worden geretourneerd. Artikelen die gewassen of gedragen zijn (zonder label) kunnen niet worden geretourneerd of terugbetaald.<\/em>\r\n\r\n<strong>Stap 4<\/strong>: Bevestig ons per e-mail dat uw product is verzonden en geef ons de\u00a0<strong>Verzendnummer van het pakket<\/strong>.\r\n\r\nHierdoor kunnen wij eventuele douanekosten betalen.\u00a0<strong>Als we deze informatie niet hebben, kunnen we de douanekosten niet betalen en wordt je pakket automatisch naar je teruggestuurd.<\/strong>.\r\n\r\n<strong>Stap 5:<\/strong> Zodra we de artikelen ontvangen, worden ze ge\u00efnspecteerd en op jouw verzoek gecontroleerd:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Je artikelen terugbetalen: je ontvangt een e-mail om de terugbetaling van je bestelling te bevestigen. Restituties worden over het algemeen binnen 5 werkdagen ontvangen<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Artikelen ruilen: Artikelen worden geruild door degenen die zijn aangegeven op je retourformulier, je ontvangt een e-mail ter bevestiging van de ruil en een nieuw bestelnummer.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nPetal Whim\u2122 behoudt zich het recht voor om retourzendingen te weigeren die zijn verzonden of medegedeeld na de vertraging van de retourzending, of artikelen die niet in dezelfde staat verkeren als toen ze werden ontvangen. Zodra de retourzending is goedgekeurd, wordt uw geld teruggestort via de <strong>dezelfde betalingsmethode die werd gebruikt om de aankoop te doen<\/strong>. De maximale terugbetalingstermijn is 10 dagen.
